About Sudoku Fun
Sudoku Fun was created by James Pitts, a computer programmer, white water kayaker, snowboarder, rock climber, and when time allows hobbiest website designer. The concept for Sudoku Fun was born in Feburary 2005, after hearing about Sudoku on BBC Radio 4 program 'Home truths' one Saturday morning.
Upon quickly realising that the rest of the world had also discovered the fun of Sudoku the same week the Sudoku Fun website went live a new server was quickly purchased to keep the site off its digital knees from all the traffic.
Since the early days the site has improved many fold and with thanks and credit to the community of players who regularly contribute. Going forward Sudoku Fun will forever remain free to it's legion of dedicated players.
Great effort has been made to ensure that the website works with as many web-browsers as can be possibly tested. I'm a firm believer of web standards and this site follows them where it can. For best performance and viewing I recommend the free Opera and Firefox browsers. I have tried to work around many Internet Explorer rendering bugs where possible, but the IE experience isn't as full and satisfying as it is in other web-browsers.
